The NYSE:HUI Gold BUGS Index weekly chart is testing a key level. This chart is testing the 35 week MA and the key resistance at 200. It has been above the 35 week MA a couple of times in 2014 only to fail back below. We need to see it there is a breakout on this chart or will deflationary concerns continue to haunt the gold mining sector.
