This is my heat map of sorts that I created to watch the flow of money into and out of various important assets classes. There has been a deliberate move from risk assets into safety this year. Will this continue or is it a short term change of trend as the full effects of tapering are digested? I don't know the answer to that but I will be following these charts in order to try to understand what the possible outcome might be.
The ASX 200 is in downtrend on the weekly chart. All three indicators are crossed down right now. That is all that I care about. I don't care where the market will be 12 mths from now.
